Cofounded in 2022, STUDIO FOU operates on a multitude of scales with inventive approaches to create beautiful and impactful designs. We offer a full array of architecture interior and product design services.

Farzam Yazdanseta, AIA, NCARB, is an educator and a licensed architect, registered to practice in New York and Maryland.

He has worked in the offices of Eisenman Architects, L.E.F.T, Reiser Umemoto, Perkins Eastman and Handel Architects in New York City. At Eisenman Architects, he was the project architect and lead designer for the Eisenman Architects Gwangju Folly project for the 2011 Gwangju Biennale in South Korea. He was a design consultant for Actual/Office in New York City as well as MSR Design in Maryland. 

Farzam has been a member of the faculty at Pratt Institute School of Architecture the current Acting Associate Chairperson for Undergraduate Architecture

Ursula Trost, AIA associate, NCARB, is a designer and architect educated in Vienna, Austria and the United States.

She has worked in the offices of Coop Himmelb(l)au, Ortner & Ortner Baukunst, Silberpfeil and BUS architects in Europa and was a lead designer for Ennead Architects (former James Polshek) in New York City for six years. While working on multiple award-winning ground-up construction projects and expanding her portfolio with cultural, commercial, residential, and civic work, Ursula has gained notable experience with historical renovations in both Austria and the United States.

Besides practicing as a designer and architect Ursula has taught workshops at the University of Applied Art focusing on bio kinetic sculptures and sustainability.
